Add Images and Video Automatically

Still pictures and video can now be added to articles written using New Media Mill's content management system.

The easy-to-use website building tools offered by New Media Mill just got even easier to use.

Now, images and video can be added with a few strokes of the keypad.

Previously, users had to size and format their still images before uploading them. Now, GIF, JPG and PNG images can be attached using a browse tool--and they are re-sized and optimized "on the fly," while they upload to the server.

This means users no longer need to work with PhotoShop or other expensive image editing tools. Just use the browse tool to find the image GIF, JPG or PNG image on your hard drive. Then write a caption, and presto, the page is built with the image appearing in a pre-determined location.

Visitors to the new page can even double click the image to make it bigger.

Likewise, adding streaming media has become a lot easier. When a link to streaming media is pasted into the intierface, the user is offered boxes for a caption and a thumbnail still which will be associated with the streaming media clip.

This new module even "recognizes" the straming format and attaches the icon for Real Media, Windows Media, Quicktime or MPEG media.
